We have our adorable Hampton Bays cottage/Guest house available for weekend or weekly stays. This home is a 1 bedroom and sleeps 2 people. This cottage is located in the heart of Hampton Bays, 3 minutes from Southampton and Southampton Beaches. Just one mile to Dune Road and Ponquogue Beach. It is right on the Bay with great water views and a shared deck thats on the beach. The cottage also has a screened in porch that is attached to the cottage. There is everything you could possibly need there for an amazing stay in the Hamptons. We have Kayaks, Bikes, Canoes and more for rent. The Ocean beach is just 5 minutes from the cottage and great restaurants, antique shops, farmstands etc... it's a great getaway for a couple.
