To the Beach Houses:
From all major Airports For Wading river beach house
Take the Long Island Expressway (I 495) to exit 68 (William Floyd Pkwy)
Heading North (to wading river) Go to end (that will be rt 25 A)
where you will bare right, go right about ¼ mile to Randall
rd. Make a left turn , go to the end of that road and make a right turn.
That will be 25 A (north Country rd)
go to the first stop sign or blinking light, And make a left,
that is Sound rd you will see a pizza place on your left. Go to the end
of Sound rd you will see the beach, blue sky, and the Water.

To Farm Cottage:
Exit 71 on l.i.e - Country Road 24 North 1/4 mile to second left.
River Road 1/4 mile west to just before RR tracks.

To Southampton Homes:
Exit 70 from LIE
27 East to Southampton
Left at light that says Sag Harbor North Sea

To East Hampton Homes:
You can take the 59th street Bridge (free) or the Midtown
Tunnel $5 or Triboro Bridge $5 to LIE (495)
 take the Long Island Expressway (495) to exit 70
 (Manorville) make a right (Mobil Station good place to fill up
or any Hess Station in Hamptons)
go to the end after making the right at the Mobil Station
Left on Sunrise Hyway (where you cannot go anymore)
take Sunrise Hyway straight it will go into a 2 lane road (39)
 keep going straight until you cannot go anymore make a left on 27
(Montauk Hyway Princess Diner straight ahead and Pier 1)
keep going on 27 single lane highway through the towns of Watermill
then Bridgehampton  keep going straight until you cannot go anymore there will be a Pond ahead of you
Left at the Pond you are now in the Village of East Hampton
When you see Citerella on the right there will be a Windmill ahead of you
Go Left around the Windmill
Go straight passing IGA supermarket on the right
when you see a fork in the road stay Left (3 Mile Harbor)
go about 4 miles you will see East Hampton Point Restaurant on your left
